Role Overview: The Head of Research will serve as the strategic lead for the firm's research vertical, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of investment and market research initiatives. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex research methodologies within the investment or consulting sectors. - Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams, with a focus on coaching and performance management. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to C-suite stakeholders and clients. - Strong strategic thinking capabilities, enabling the translation of raw data into high-level business strategy and actionable insights. - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis tools, and data visualization techniques. - A Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site professional environment in Mumbai, maintaining high standards of output under tight deadlines.
