US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli) Experience: 6–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Night Shift Work Mode: Work from Office Required Skills • 4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing. • Strong experience in US IT sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions . • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms . • Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories . • Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 . • Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and Cybersecurity . • Excellent verbal and written communication skills . • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship-management skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets. • Willingness to work in US Night Shift .
