Business Development Lead - Real Estate Advisory

Role Overview: Looking for a Business Development Lead for one of the oldest Real Estate Advisory firms in Delhi NCR. Location: Gurugram The incumbent must have strong exposure to and networking in the Gurugram region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial real estate, office leasing, retail, investments and advisory services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, CXOs, developers, landlords, investors, occupiers, IPCs and channel partners. - Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, market research, cold calling, LinkedIn and industry events. - Understand clients' real estate requirements, expansion plans, relocation needs and investment objectives.
