Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for overseeing the financial operations across a multisite environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing strong financial oversight, commercial insights and support to the broader business. We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing finance across multiple sites, entities or business units. Key responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across multiple sites • Lead month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review management reporting, budgets and forecasts • Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders • Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance • Monitor revenue, costs, margins and key business performance metrics • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions • Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting • Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic business initiatives • Lead and mentor members of the finance team About You • CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion. • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, audit or finance. • Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role • Proven multisite, multi-entity or geographically dispersed business experience • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills • Commercially minded with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders Apply today!
