This role initially prepares quality assurance documents and procedures, and assists all levels of department or project personnel in quality-related matters.

- Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action - Assist (if directed by senior Quality management) the Project Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan; including other Quality matters, if required - Act as a Quality auditor and may follow up on audit findings and corrective actions - Assess (if directed by senior Quality management) the ability of the suppliers to meet the Quality requirements of the project - Assist in the maintenance of project Quality records for all phases of the project - Execute project Quality work in accordance with approved Activity Plans - Other duties as assigned **Basic Job Requirements** - Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and five to ten (5-10) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements - BE / B.

Tech. (preferably Mechanical Engineering) - EPC Industry experience. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management system tools. Experience in conducting internal auditsExperience in coordination with third party certification bodies.

In-depth knowledge of corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement - Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors - Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job - Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines - Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner **Other Job Requirements** **Preferred Qualifications** - Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering/technical preferred; BE / B.

Tech.
