The Worldwide Operations Finance team is looking for a Senior Logistics Financial Analyst to support the worldwide logistics financial forecast and close process. This critical position is the main focal point for deep analysis, coordination and consolidation of the WW forecast/actual results, and would work closely with regional finance and regional/worldwide operations teams. The ideal candidate would have financial planning \u0026 analysis experience in a global or regional role with a multinational company. Previous operations finance experience is strongly preferred. The position creates crucial reporting, analysis, business insight deliverables for senior executives/management. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate the key business drivers related to global freight and duty spend as well as drive down to meaningful details with deep, ad hoc modeling \u0026 analysis where necessary. Drive \u0026 support the global freight \u0026 duty forecast process, provide direction and feedback to regional finance teams\\nOwn end-to-end monthly financial forecast analysis and quarter end close duties\\nContribute to transformation initiatives within Operations Finance, process reengineering \u0026 innovation of the areas of responsibilities, streamline deliverables and improve efficiency\\nSupport WW Logistics/WW Supply Chain organizations in ad hoc analysis relating to cost drivers and new product costing related to freight\\nCollaborate across multiple functional teams all levels and departments (such as other Finance groups, IS\u0026T, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics Operations, Planning etc.) 5+ years professional work experience\\nBachelor"s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar\\n\\n\\n Hands-on financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis\\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts \\nCollaborative: able to build consensus and partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams\\nExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate results and facilitate alignment \\nAbility to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization \\nProven experience developing and improving processes, with the desire to drive continuous improvement\\nDemonstrated ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level\\nExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills\\nDemonstrated ability to work autonomously\\nIntrinsic desire to challenge the status quo, improve processes, and create value\\nProficiency with Excel and Keynote or similar require\\nCPA/CMA/MBA is a plus\\nExpert spreadsheet (Excel) skills \\nPrevious logistics and supply chain knowledge\\nPrevious experience within a multinational company\\nExperience with database design and script writing \\nExperience with Dataiku, Tableau and/or other data visualization systems\\nExperience with integrated accounting systems (SAP)\\nAudit experience
