Driver Operations Manager (Supply marketplace)

At Lalamove, we're looking for a Driver Growth & Operations Manager to lead one of the most strategic areas of our marketplace: Driver Supply. We're especially interested in candidates with experience scaling supply in high-growth marketplace businesses, where driver/partner acquisition, activation, fulfillment, marketplace health, and retention are key success metrics. What You'll Do • Own the Driver Supply strategy, driving sustainable marketplace growth. • Lead initiatives to increase driver acquisition, activation, fulfillment, and retention. • Optimize marketplace performance through data-driven decisions and operational improvements. • Lead the Driver Operations team, delivering ambitious growth and service KPIs. • Partner with regional stakeholders to launch strategic projects and scalable solutions. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Growth, Marketplace, Supply, or Strategy within technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact. • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational excellence. • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges. • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
