Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager The Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the long term direction. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning and business operations and partners closely with the different teams such as Commercial Strategy, Operations, Finance and Regulatory & Compliance teams. This role, which is part of the Global Strategy & Execution team, will translate our strategy into execution by driving company wide alignment, informed decision making, defining our operating and planning rhythms and eventually ensuring we deliver our priorities. What you’ll do: Company wide Strategy: Lead and deliver end-to-end strategy projects that inform decision making through deep dives and/or intelligence on trends and opportunities. Cross functional alignment and connect strategy (e.g. Commercial, Operations etc) across Adyen. Strategic Planning : Design, improve and implement Adyen wide Strategic Planning, Priorities and Go
