Enterprise Account Executive - Retail/CPG

About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive, Retail/CPG based in Seoul, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's retail, consumer goods, and consumer commerce organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders to help them optimize operations, personalize customer experiences at scale, and strengthen their competitive position with Anthropic's AI solutions. Key responsibilities Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major retail and CPG accounts and expanding existing relationships across Korea's department store and hypermarket groups, convenience store chains, e-commerce platforms, consumer goods manufacturers, and omnichannel brands Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across retail conglomerates, specialty and duty-free retailers, beauty and fashion brands, food and beverage companies, and marketplace platforms Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives, including CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and heads of supply chain and e-commerce, positioning AI as a driver for demand forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization, and enhanced customer experience Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions that integrate with existing retail and CPG technology stacks while meeting Korea's data privacy requirem
