In this role, you will work closely with a multicultural team distributed across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, collaborating daily in English and setting technical direction for robust, scalable services and integrations. Must-Have Skills: . NET Expertise: extensive experience with . NET Framework and .

NET Core in high-volume, production systems. Backend Development: advanced hands-on experience designing and building back-end services using C#, ADO. NET, and SQL Server. APIs & Integration: strong background implementing and evolving SOAP and RESTful services, including versioning, security, and best practices.

Data & Persistence: deep understanding of ADO. NET and SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning. XML: proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization for integrations and data exchange.

Software Design: strong command of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, and engineering best practices. Testing & Reliability: experience designing unit and integration tests, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing root-cause analysis to ensure reliability.

Communication: effective communication skills and resilience in fast-paced, multicultural teams. Language: advanced English proficiency (all communication conducted in English).
