Sr. Projects Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers.

+ Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, technical requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards. + Facilitate regular project reviews, proactively identify risks, and partner with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans.

+ Communicate project progress, performance, and key insights to plant and extended leadership teams. + Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and document process or material changes.

+ Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information in English.

+ Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and make informed, data-based decisions. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Experience using continuous improvement or structured problem-solving methodologies.

+ Exposure to manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, or component fabrication. + Familiarity with quality, safety, or operational standards within a regulated environment. + Experience using project management or engineering software tools.
