About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to provide senior technical leadership for client IT systems development and operations. This role requires knowledge and understanding of client IT processes and technology stack (DevSecOps CI/CD, Cloud One, Oracle, Java).

Client systems are deployed in classified and unclassified environments in DISA and Cloud. The Technical Lead provides thought leadership in modernizing and enhancing client systems and serves as a primary interface with the customer.

The Technical Lead manages the capability delivery teams including development Scrums, Cloud Engineering, and DevSecOps Platform.
