Director/Head - HR Business Solutions - HR Technology

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Technology leader to lead the HR Business Solutions and systems landscape for a large, complex global organization. The role will own the strategy, design and optimization of enterprise HR platforms, with primary focus on Workday, Workday Recruiting, Cornerstone and integrated HR systems, while driving simplification, automation and digitization of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategy and roadmap for core HR technology platforms, particularly Workday Core HCM and Workday Recruiting - Lead end-to-end HR systems and process transformation across hire-to-retire, talent, learning and workforce data - Translate HR policies and business requirements into scalable technology solutions - Drive platform optimization, automation, standardization and adoption across global HR processes - Manage integrations across payroll, learning, identity, analytics and HR service-delivery platforms - Lead prioritization and delivery of HR technology enhancements and releases - Partner closely with HR leadership, HR Operations, Technology teams and external implementation partners - Drive measurable outcomes around employee experience, adoption, cycle-time reduction and process efficiency - Lead and influence large cross-functional and global teams Candidate Profile: - Workday experience is mandatory - candidates must have strong functional/business-side exposure to Workday HCM and its implementation, optimization or transformation - Strong experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Digital Transformation or Business Systems - Experience designing and enabling global HR processes through enterprise HR platforms - Strong understanding of HR operating models, process design, systems integration and HR data - Experience working in complex, global and matrixed organizations - Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across HR, Technology and Operations - Experience managing and developing teams and leading large-scale transformation programs - Exposure to AI, automation and analytics within HR would be an advantage
