In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules.
Manage Supplier Accountability: Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.
Mitigate Schedule Risks: Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely
