Role overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for HighLevel 's core platform experiences, mobile experiences for native platforms and design system team.

This role will report to the Senior Director, Product Design and manage approximately 8 product designers across the United States and India. This is a craft-driven senior design manager role for someone who can help create a step change in HighLevel 's design practice.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual craft and interaction-design taste, plus the leadership ability to turn those standards into better work from the team.

A major part of this role will be line managing the design system team and helping level up design system strategy and execution, in partnership with the Senior Director, Product Design, who owns the design system as part of their broader portfolio.

The goal is not only better internal tooling, but major improvements to the UX/UI our customers experience every day. HighLevel values velocity, ownership and practical innovation.
