Senior Finance Manager Financial Services | Sydney Our client is a growing financial services organisation operating in the banking and finance sector. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations, working closely with senior management to support the business's continued growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a hands-on role across reporting, compliance, and team support, with genuine exposure to the regulatory and risk considerations unique to a private lending environment. Key Responsibilities • Support the annual audit process • Oversee month-end close • Deliver monthly management reporting and P&L analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards • Manage BAS/PAYGI lodgements and review FBT calculations • Process intercompany loans and transactions, and oversee accounts payable • Advise management on the company's risk profile while supporting and guiding the wider finance team About You • CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting knowledge • Comfortable managing statutory and regulatory reporting obligations • Strong working knowledge of BAS, PAYGI, and FBT compliance • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to support and lead a small finance team • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior management on risk and compliance matters Reference Number: (06800-0013501938) This is an on-site position.
