Required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in a technical capacity. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration tools, and platform capabilities. • Experience providing technical oversight on Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and API integrations. • Familiarity with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Solid understanding of data security, access controls, and compliance within Salesforce. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. • Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical decisions across teams and explain concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint planning and technical reviews. • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
