**Job Description Summary** Performing operations related to Aerospace assembly components. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.

There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

**Job Description** **Site Overview:** Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains.

Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem. **Role Overview:** + Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly.

Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage. + Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.

+ Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment. + Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA. + Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.

+ Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications. + Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations. + Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site. + Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOS's for the same.

**The Ideal Candidate:** + Candidate with an experience of fabrication & fasteners assembly. **Required Qualifications:** + Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry and aerospace assembly components.

+ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
