Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2 to 5 years Employment Type: Permanent Payroll: On company payroll Bond: No bond applicable Benefits • Health Insurance (₹3 Lakhs sum insured) • Accident Insurance (₹50 Lakhs sum insured) • Provident Fund (PF) • Travel Allowances • 5 working days per week Role Purpose • Drive ambitious sales growth in assigned territory • Business development in focus markets • Secure product specification and approvals with institutions and OEMs Key Responsibilities • Develop strong understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications • Build relationships with decision‑makers at large manufacturers • Maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth • Travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 90%) • Meet prospective clients daily, assess needs, and recommend solutions • Submit timely sales reports and adhere to deadlines Screening Criteria • Education: Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) OR 12th + Diploma in Mechanical • Experience: 2–5 years in sales + application engineering • Stability: No frequent job switches • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, ability to provide solutions to client problems, pre‑sales consultation, troubleshooting Skills:- Technical sales, Sales, Business Development, OEMs, Mechanical engineering and Application Engineer
