Compensation Lead - India | KPO Experience: 7 - 10 years Function: HR - CoE (Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards) Location: Mumbai (Loma Office) Role Overview: Lead Compensation - benchmarking, analytics and annual compensation programs for the India workforce. Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable and cost-effective compensation practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead annual Merit, Promotion, Variable Pay and Compensation review cycles. - Manage salary structures, grades, bands and compensation governance. - Conduct market benchmarking salary surveys. - Design and manage variable pay/incentive plans. - Provide compensation analytics including Monthly Dashboard, compa-ratio, pay equity and market positioning. - Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition and business leaders on compensation decisions. - Support job evaluation, career architecture, Compensation Module and compensation-related projects. - Ensure data accuracy, timely updation, confidentiality and compliance. - Drive automation and improvements in compensation processes and reporting. Key Requirements: - 7 - 10 years of Compensation/Total Rewards experience, preferably in KPO/BPO/ITES/IT Services. - Strong knowledge of India compensation practices and benchmarking. - Experience managing annual compensation cycles and incentive programs. - Advanced Excel and compensation analytics skills; Power BI/HRIS exposure preferred. - Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. - Exposure to Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford or similar surveys is an advantage.
