Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams (Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developers, Designers) to deliver on ambitious project goals. • Own the end-to-end Agile/Scrum process: facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. • Manage and optimize schedules, ensuring timely delivery while balancing business priorities and technical constraints. • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements, challenging assumptions, and ensuring clarity for all stakeholders. • Drive backlog refinement and prioritization, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align on value and feasibility. • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage user stories, bugs, tasks, and release notes, ensuring transparency and traceability. • Coordinate with network and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. • Respect architectural guidelines and IT service constraints, ensuring compliance and technical excellence. • Adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements, maintaining a future-ready mindset. • Read and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams to inform project planning and execution. • Develop and manage high-level and reverse schedules autonomously, anticipating risks and dependencies. Technical Skills & Experience • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of leading successful IT projects. • Mastery of Azure DevOps for project tracking, release management, and team collaboration. • Strong technical background in web development: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net MVC, Angular, React, WebAPI. • Solid experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases. • Proficient in reading and applying UML and BPMN diagrams. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and deliverables in dynamic environments. • Experience in release management and sprint execution. Language Proficiency • Fluent French (essential for team integration and communication). • Strong command of technical English (required for documentation and cross-functional collaboration).
