Manager/Deputy Manager - Statutory Audit - CA

About the Opportunity: We are hiring for a Manager / Deputy Manager - Statutory Audit role with a leading organization. The position involves managing statutory audit assignments, ensuring audit finalization, and supporting financial reporting and client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute statutory audit assignments from planning through finalization. - Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. - Support group reporting and financial reporting requirements. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments. - Guide and manage audit teams, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. - Handle client interactions and travel to client locations as required. Key Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - 4 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit. - Strong experience in Statutory Audit and Audit Finalization. - Good knowledge of Indian GAAP, Accounting Standards (AS) and Standards on Auditing (SAs). - Exposure to Group Reporting, IFRS and Other GAAPs. - Strong client handling and team management skills. - Exposure to SAP / Tally / JDE or other ERP environments. - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
