Security Architect - Cloud Security

Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Must have skills : - Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools Good to have skills : - Security Architecture Design Summary : As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud environments. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are met. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and governance. - Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools (Minimum 8 years). - Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud infrastructures. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. Additional Information : - This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
