The Role A Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of a customer network infrastructure. They oversee the team responsible for monitoring the customer network and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

The Main Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team. Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues. Collaborate with other departments and the customer to address network-related problems. Ensure that the network is highly available and meets requirements.

Proactively monitor network performance and capacity, and plan for growth as needed. Develop and maintain NOC policies and procedures. Coach and mentor NOC staff on technical issues and professional development.

What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. Five or more years' experience in network operations center management. Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.

Expertise in network monitoring tools and techniques. Excellent communication and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Requires Public Trust suit
