You will partner with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality design solutions for well-defined problems, creating and validating designs while considering the secondary consequences of your decisions.

This role is perfect for an experienced product designer who thrives on solving complex problems for non-technical users, has a passion for creating products that feel effortless to use, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of hardworking service professionals across the country.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Product Design Excellence

● Transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build

● Develop multiple solutions for defined challenges across our product suite. You will manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring your work is aligned with business goals and maintains a high bar for quality

● Manage the design process for your projects from discovery and concept ideation through flows, wireframes to full-fidelity prototype designs

● Ensure all designs prioritize the needs of non-technical users, focusing on simplicity, speed, and trust Collaboration & Communication

● Partner with leadership and product marketing stakeholders to ensure design concepts meet our customers' needs and deliver desired results

● Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and other designers in a triad model
