This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in a newly created HR Administrator position, where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day people operations of a growing organisation. The company is continuing to expand and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking to add an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support their internal teams and bring greater consistency to their HR processes. In this varied role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment administration, assisting with payroll administration and ensuring HR documentation is managed efficiently and confidentially. You will receive training and support to develop your HR knowledge, making this ideal for someone with strong administration experience who is highly organised, detail focused and looking to build a long-term career within HR. The role would suit an HR Administrator looking for hybrid working, clear ownership of their workload and the opportunity to progress within a supportive and growing business.
