Requirements

6+ years of experience in SAP procurement consulting; Strong experience with SAP Ariba and S/4HANA MM processes; Experience with Ariba Business Network / Order Collaboration, including PO, Order Confirmation, ASN, SES, and Goods Receipt; Experience with Ariba–S/4HANA integration; Experience with Functional Specifications, UAT, and business-user support; Italian language - B2+.

Responsibilities

Bring 6+ years of SAP procurement consulting experience to lead end-to-end SAP MM/Ariba implementations on SAP S/4HANA, including workshops, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Deliver Ariba Network / Order Collaboration solutions (PO processing, Order Confirmation, ASN, SES, Goods Receipt) with seamless integration to S/4HANA MM. Design and implement Ariba–S/4HANA integration, including data mappings, interfaces, and data quality controls.

Create and maintain Functional Specifications for enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and reports with clear acceptance criteria. Plan and execute testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) with business users; manage defects, sign-offs, and traceability.

Lead data migration activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization; provide training and user documentation. Ensure governance, security, and compliance; drive process improvements and procurement best practices.

Mentor team members and contribute to project delivery, risk management, and quality assurance. Originally posted on Himalayas
