Find out more at www. pwc. com. About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead large-scale Digital, Cloud, Data, and Core Banking Transformation initiatives across the financial services sector.

The role will drive business and technology transformation programs, enabling modern banking capabilities, operational efficiency, cloud adoption, data-driven decision making, and enterprise-wide process optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Digital, Cloud, Data, and Core Banking Transformation programs across financial institutions. Define and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business, technology, and regulatory objectives.

Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, and target-state technology architecture design. Lead core banking modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, migrations, and regional rollouts.

Manage end-to-end transformation lifecycles from strategy and business case development through implementation and post-go-live stabilization. Establish program governance, PMO structures, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting processes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and business units. Lead APAC and global cross-border transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and markets.

Develop data transformation strategies, including data governance, analytics, reporting, and management information capabilities. Drive business process reengineering (BPR) and operating model transformation to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
