Office Manager / Secretary / PA Chertsey, Surrey | £32,000 – £37,000 | Full-time | Permanent An exciting opportunity to join an established independent property consultancy We are an independent, multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers, providing professional Commercial and Residential Property Management and Consultancy services across the South-East of England and further in the field. We are looking for an experienced, organised and personable Office Manager / Secretary / PA to join our team in Chertsey. This is a varied and important position. Combining office management, secretarial, administrative and PA responsibilities, with the opportunity to become an integral part of a professional and established property consultancy. The Role Working closely with our surveyors, directors and consultants, you will help ensure the smooth running of the office while providing proactive administrative and PA support. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the day-to-day running of the office. • Providing secretarial and administrative support to surveyors and directors. • Managing diaries, meetings, appointments and correspondence. • Preparing letters, reports, presentations and professional documents. • Handling telephone calls and emails in a professional manner. • Organising meetings, travel and accommodation where required. • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems and property records. • Assisting with property and surveying administration. • Liaising with clients, tenants, landlords, agents, solicitors and other professional contacts. • Assisting with invoicing and general financial administration. • Managing office supplies, suppliers, contractors and facilities. • Handling confidential information with discretion. • Supporting the wider team with general administration as required. About You We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organised, proactive and approachable, with excellent attention to detail. You will ideally have: • Previous experience in an Office Manager, PA, Secretary, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator position. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A confident and professional telephone manner. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative. • A discreet and professional approach to confidential information. • The confidence to communicate with clients and professional contacts at all levels. Previous experience within property, chartered surveying, construction, legal, accountancy or another professional services environment would be advantageous, but is not essential. Why Join Us?
