Position overvew - Finance Systems Administrator Our client is a leading financial services organisation located in Melbourne's inner-city suburbs and is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The Role: • Administer and maintain finance systems, ensuring accurate and efficient day-to-day operation. • Provide system support and troubleshooting to finance users. • Manage user access, security, configurations and system permissions. • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing and implementation of new functionality. • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and system efficiencies. • Support data integrity, reconciliations and reporting across finance systems. • Work closely with Finance, IT and key stakeholders to resolve system issues and deliver improvements. • Prepare system documentation, procedures and user guides where required. • Assist with month-end and other finance-related system requirements. • Support integration between finance systems and other business applications. About You: • Previous experience in a Finance Systems Administrator, Finance Systems Analyst or similar role. • Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting systems. • Experience administering or supporting ERP/finance systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment will be highly regarded.
