Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agent Locations: Anywhere About the Role: We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities

Engage new leads, convert them into active clients Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services Provide high-level client support to boost retention Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting Requirements Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.
