The program covers business case development, operating model design, partner and technology sourcing, commercial and regulatory framework definition, and pilot deployment across international markets. The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, legal, procurement, and external partners. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner who will take full ownership of a strategic business program from concept to execution. This is not a PMO or governance-focused role – you will be accountable for business outcomes, financial performance, vendor selection, executive recommendations, and pilot success.
