Job Description

We are MOTOR Ai . Our mission is to make Level 4 autonomous driving a reality in Germany and beyond. By combining state-of-the-art AI with the expertise of our multidisciplinary team, we are poised to introduce the first solution of its kind in Germany that is eligible for certification on European roads.

Tasks Plan, design, and structure our corporate network end-to-end - hardware and software alike Monitor, maintain, and support the network infrastructure to ensure high availability across the company Implement and continuously monitor security measures to protect the network against unauthorized access Monitor system performance and network integrity, spotting bottlenecks and issues before they become problems Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights Analyze and resolve network issues, including hands-on troubleshooting and performance tuning Own regular maintenance, patching, and system hygiene Create and maintain clear documentation of network configurations Prepare and maintain documentation relevant to certifications and compliance frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001 Requirements A degree in IT/Computer Science, completed vocational training as a System Administrator, or equivalent hands-on experience Strong knowledge of network technologies, network architecture, and network design Confident, hands-on experience with routing & switching and network monitoring toolsExperience integrating and implementing VLANs A track record in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and regular maintenance/patching At least 7 years of relevant experience, with the confidence to work independently Fluent English (C1) is required; German (B2/C1) is a plus First hands-on experience with UniFi devices is a plus A stress-resistant, solution-oriented mindset, real hands-on energy, and genuine enthusiasm for building something from scratch and seeing it work in
