Head - Learning & Development/Organization Development/Talent Management - BFSI

Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the enterprise Learning & Development strategy aligned with business growth and strategic priorities. - Drive leadership development, executive coaching and functional capability building. - Lead Talent Management, including performance management, succession planning, career architecture, talent reviews, and high potential development. - Partner with business leaders to drive Organization Development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation initiatives. - Design and deliver sales and product training programs for Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury, and other institutional businesses to strengthen commercial capability. - Establish robust learning governance, capability frameworks, and impact measurement to ensure business outcomes. - Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to create a high performance, future ready workforce. Preferred Profile: - 15+ years of experience across Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development within the BFSI sector, preferably corporate banking. - Strong understanding of Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury, or Institutional Banking products, with hands on experience in sales capability development. - Demonstrated experience in leadership development, succession planning, career frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
