Role Description: Support Relationship Manager, to be based in Gurgaon, and managing and servicing corporate client relationships across North and East India. Your skills and experience: - Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance relationships with clients. - Track record in being able to understand the strategic priorities of our clients and provide holistic corporate banking solutions to achieve their objectives. - Demonstrated ability to work across functions to execute transactions. - Knowledge in credit risk management and ESG frameworks in relation to corporates. - Educational qualification - Chartered Accountant, or an MBA from a good institute. - Deep understanding of the corporate business environment, regulatory and market trends across Asia with industry specific knowledge. - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
