Technical Project Manager

Role : Technical Project Manager Location : Coimbatore Experience : 6-10 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Role Overview : Haiintel is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage enterprise technology, AI, and application modernization projects. The role requires strong project-management skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to work directly with customers and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities : - Manage projects from planning through production deployment. - Own scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. - Coordinate with developers, architects, AI/data engineers, QA, DevOps, and customer teams. - Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog tracking, and release planning. - Provide clear project-status updates to customers and leadership. - Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution of blockers. - Coordinate integrations, testing, environment readiness, security reviews, and deployments. - Maintain project documentation, and delivery metrics. Required Skills : - 6 to 10 years of technology experience, with 3+ years in technical project management. - Experience managing enterprise software or digital-transformation projects. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, cloud, databases, and DevOps. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work directly with enterprise customers. Preferred : - Experience with AI/GenAI, data platforms, cloud modernization, or enterprise applications. - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud exposure. - PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives execution, anticipates risks, and gets projects delivered.
