Plant HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

: - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing. - Experience supporting manufacturing operations, plant start-ups, greenfield projects, or large-scale business expansion initiatives. - Experience managing blue-collar workforces, labour law compliance, contract workforce governance, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of employee relations, labour law compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment. - Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions through people strategies. - Experience working in a matrixed and global environment, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and time zones. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. - Self-starter with a proactive, outcome-oriented approach and strong execution capability.
