Job Description

At Gratia, we believe potential is globally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to turn great talent's potential into fulfilling global careers through professional development and tech-enabled platforms. We bridge the gap between ambitious companies and hands-on experts who deliver real results instead of just theoretical plans. Gratia is a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform where opportunity is defined by what you can do and deliver. Our clients include global names like USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life. We maintain an 88.2 Net Promoter Score because we focus on rigorous execution, not just high-level advice. Why join the Gratia community? • Flexibility and Autonomy: Work with top-tier clients globally while designing a professional rhythm that suits your life. Fair global compensation meets real flexibility. • Apprenticeship and Growth: A curated pathway combining high-value projects with mentorship. Move from Associate Business Analyst to Engagement Lead through real work, not just theory. • Community and Specialization: Join a supportive ecosystem where you can share knowledge, access opportunities, and develop deep expertise to earn Specialist designations in high-demand domains. Role Summary We are looking for 2-3 RevOps specialists to augment our team for the next 6+ months. This individual contributor role will serve under the VP of RevOps to stabilize and support a skeleton-crew team during a critical integration and planning window. Duration: ~6 months (through end of 2026 + early Q1 2027) Capacity: Full-time, 5 days per week Location: Fully remote; distributed team across East/Central time zones with UK partners; no on-site requirements Key Priorities • Serve as a trusted partner and hands-on "do-er" to the VP of RevOps and Chief Customer Officer across multiple revenue-generating business units. • Execute core revenue operation activities during the 2027 budget and go-to-market planning cycle. • Support the integration of a transformative $80M+ acquisition and consolidate GTM teams across business units (target full integration by January 2027). • Own execution of fundamentals: territory design, account routing, Salesforce data enrichment, customer segmentation, and pipeline/forecasting infrastructure. • Identify and resolve friction points: territory coverage gaps, lead routing inefficiencies, CRM data integrity issues, and forecasting inaccuracies. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance/FP&A on KPIs, Marketing on demand generation, and Enterprise Systems on tool rationalization. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or strategy consulting within B2B SaaS, PE-backed environments, or scaled organizations (~$300M revenue). • Salesforce Power User: Ability to own CRM data integrity, perform basic administration, and troubleshoot legacy instances. • Super-user proficiency with Gong for forecasting and call intelligence. • Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets; foundational SQL capability; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Owner mentality with an "AI-first" bias, actively using AI tools to speed up analysis and build automations. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in multi-SFDC instance environments or post-acquisition system integration workflows. • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Sugar CRM. • Background as a first RevOps hire or early-stage builder at a Series B/C company.
