Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG

Job Responsibilities: - Handling large sales team of the multiple state. - Handling channel partners (C & F / Distributors) of region. - Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company. - Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from senior. - Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff. - Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to senior. - Ensure payment is smooth of channel partners. - Ensure smooth working in his assigned territory. - Control overheads in the zone. - Conducting monthly meeting of the state heads. - Scheme formulation as per the state budget. - Maintain the growth rate as per company standards. Job Requirements: Experience in a well reputed FMCG organization in a similar role with exposure in large team handling, sales staff recruitment, target driven and constantly focus towards development of the sales staff. Desired Competencies: - Good analytical skills. - Geographical knowledge of the territory. - Team handling skills. - Food company working knowledge. - Experience of handling multiple states. - Aggressive approach to achieve targets. - Gap filling approach to ensure maximum coverage. - Strong vision to increase market share. - Training to the junior sales staff.
