Accountant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be supporting the financial health of our organisation by: • Preparing and processing standard month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation) • Completing accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations across all group entities • Assisting with the Monthly Board Report, including insightful variance analysis and commentary • Managing Business Activity Statements (BAS), FBT returns and statutory reporting obligations • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register • Assisting in year-end external audit processes • Business partnering with department leaders to deliver insights and support strategic decisions • Collaborating with FP&A on OPEX projections and cash flow forecasting What You Bring to the Team • 3+ years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role • Strong general ledger knowledge and experience with end-of-month processes • High attention to detail with solid data analysis and Excel skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities • A recognised degree in Accounting or Finance • A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Why You’ll Love Working with Us • In return for your experience and passion, Camp Australia offers: • A competitive salary package with incentives on top • Hybrid working arrangement. • Wellbeing days and your birthday off are just some of the other benefits on offer to ensure our team feel appreciated and supported. • Flare Benefits for exclusive savings on fuel, groceries, tech, fashion, dining, entertainment, and more!
