FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES (duties to be performed by this position)1. Address and nurture Leads provided in the assigned geography2. Identify potential Leads in the assigned geography3. Engage prospective Customers and allocated Customers to gather technical inputs of potential applications4.

Coordinate with Technical Support to identify and prepare BOM of appropriate dispensing solutions5. Engage prospective Customers and allocated Customers to follow-up and close Deals6. Plan and prioritize customer/prospect contact towards achieving defined targets as per the Personal Development Plan. 7.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal coordination, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. 8. Use and update relevant information related to Leads & Deals in Zoho CRM. 9.

Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. 10. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
