German Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Join a multilingual customer support team supporting customers of leading global technology brands. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product-related questions, troubleshooting, order support and general inquiries.

Work Model: remote Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time What You Will Do Provide customer support through phone, email and chat channels Assist customers with product and service-related questions You have to be experienced in account management Support order processing and order-related inquiries Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues Requirements Fluent Italian or French language skills (C1 level or higher) English (C1 level) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confidence using digital tools and computer systems Previous customer service, technical support or contact center experience is an advantage Interest in technology and consumer electronics is considered a plus Benefits Supportive and multicultural working environment Stable Monday - Friday schedule Long-term career opportunities Employee benefits package after the probation period Originally posted on Himalayas
