Sr. Product Designer (6 months)

About the role: Our Lead Product Designer is going on sabbatical, so we're hiring a Senior Product Designer to keep momentum on our roadmap. This is a hands-on individual contributor role .

You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. This is not a people management position.

Over the next 6 months, you'll work on: Redesigning core product workflows (starting with chat) Building reporting and measurement experiences using Meta and TikTok Ads data Designing interaction patterns for upcoming AI-assisted and agentic features

⏰This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST. Who we are looking for 5+ years of Product Design experience. Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products. Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.

Experience working within an established design system. Strong interaction and visual design skills. Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team. Clear written communication and documentation skills. Experience handing off designs to engineering. Experience conducting usability testing.

Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms. Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social. Familiar
