About the Role

As a Senior Events Project Manager at Motive , you will help drive the execution of high-impact event initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work.

You will project manage various event formats—ranging from field marketing events to large-scale trade shows—and lead key components of larger experiential initiatives, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

In this role, you will work across Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to keep priorities moving, surface risks early, and improve how event operations get done.

The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance executional rigor with flexibility when event logistics or priorities evolve.

What You'll Do

Manage project plans for event initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgeting, and clear ownership across stakeholders. Drive day-to-day execution of event logistics, venue coordination, promotional materials, and on-site operations to help ensure events are delivered seamlessly and with high quality.
