Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards Requirements: Extensive experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms, at least 2 years Strong full-stack development background, at least 2 years Solana experience (must-have) Experience in gaming — casino gaming, poker, or slots strongly preferred; solid understanding of how these games work Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, on-chain transactions, security) — deep blockchain expertise not required Excellent English communication skills Available part-time immediately; project-based with long-term ongoing potential It's a plus: Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts) TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.
