Junior DevOps Engineer

Join us in revolutionizing customer experiences with our client, a global leader in cloud contact center software. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the development and deployment of software used by thousands of customers worldwide. Responsibilities: • Support the management and maintenance of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. • Assist in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud services. • Contribute to the design and maintenance of GitLab CI/CD pipelines. • Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and Helm to support deployment automation and orchestration. • Write and maintain automation scripts; familiarity with Python is a plus. • Monitor system health using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). • Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices. • Communicate effectively in English with team members across India and Portugal. • Work primarily in India Standard Time (IST) with overlap for coordination with the Portugal-based team.
