Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Product Manager Working Location: City Hall Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 1 year contract Key Responsibilities Interview stakeholders and users to understand their needs and clearly define the problems to be solved.

Prepare proposals to justify resource requirements and secure project funding. Define success measures and set up dashboards to track product performance and progress. Identify assumptions, develop product strategies, and plan initiatives to achieve product goals.

Develop the product roadmap and work with the team to achieve goals within the planned timeline. Work closely with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products. Measure product outcomes and continuously improve the product based on results and feedback.

Engage and support users to encourage product adoption and effective usage. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Demonstrated experience in delivering measurable business or product outcomes. Experience working with design and engineering teams throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines. Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq is an advantage.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline is an advantage. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional, or related certifications are an advantage.
