Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Technical Product Manager Working Location: Toa Payoh Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 2 years contract role Key Responsibilities Define and manage the technical product roadmap in line with business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities.
Work with stakeholders to establish product vision, success metrics, priorities, and delivery plans. Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements, review architecture considerations, and assess feature feasibility.
Recommend practical solutions while balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, technical improvements, and new feature development. Prepare detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritise the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions. Coordinate dependencies across multiple technical workstreams to ensure smooth delivery. Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, UX/UI designers, and software engineers.
Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements. Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), product metrics, and system performance measures.
Use data analytics and technical insights to support product decisions and continuous improvement. Any ad hoc duties assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
