Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) Consultant to join our dynamic finance transformation team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, ensuring that our clients' manufacturing and costing processes are streamlined, accurate, and scalable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP FICO, PP, and MM consultants, as well as key business stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end costing models. Your expertise will directly influence the organization's ability to drive profitability analysis, optimize production costs, and maintain precise inventory valuations, ultimately empowering leadership to make data-driven financial decisions. This position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune, offering a collaborative environment where your technical insights will shape the future of our client's financial architecture. Key Responsibilities : - Design and configure comprehensive SAP Product Costing solutions, including Cost Object Controlling and Material Ledger, to ensure accurate cost estimation and variance analysis for stakeholders. - Collaborate with production and inventory teams to map complex manufacturing processes into SAP, enabling seamless integration between the shop floor and the financial ledger. - Lead the end-to-end implementation of costing cycles, including standard cost estimates and period-end closing activities, to provide management with reliable insights into product profitability. - Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues within the CO-PC module, minimizing operational downtime and ensuring continuous financial reporting integrity for global business units. - Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the SAP practice and ensure high-quality delivery standards. Required Skillset : - Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP CO-PC, with a proven track record of managing complex implementations involving Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Cost Center Accounting. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate intricate business challenges into simplified, scalable SAP configurations. - Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including finance controllers and plant managers, to articulate technical solutions and manage project expectations with clarity and confidence. - Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a strong understanding of integrated business processes. - Thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the self-motivation and adaptability required to collaborate across distributed teams in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune.
