Piramal - Digital Product Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with experience in building and scaling platform products that power digital customer journeys and business operations. The role requires a strong understanding of product management fundamentals, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing one or more platform domains such as Payments, UPI, Aadhaar eKYC, KYC, Credit Cards, Rewards, Gift Cards, eNACH, Fraud Prevention, Risk Systems, Identity Platforms, Lending Platforms, or similar financial and technology infrastructure products. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact products that serve as foundational building blocks across multiple customer-facing and internal business experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and continuous optimization. - Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for platform products. - Gather and prioritize requirements from business, operations, engineering, compliance, risk, and other stakeholders. - Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions. - Drive platform capabilities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability. - Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and seamless user experiences where applicable. - Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, monitor product health, and measure business impact. - Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities. - Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives. - Understand regulatory, compliance, risk, and operational requirements impacting platform products. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation. - Support product launches, adoption strategies, and post-launch performance tracking. Preferred Product Domains: Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly preferred: - UPI and Digital Payments - Payment Gateway Solutions - Aadhaar eKYC and Customer Onboarding - KYC Platforms - Credit Card Products and Infrastructure - Rewards and Loyalty Platforms - Gift Card Platforms - eNACH and Mandate Management - Fraud Detection and Prevention Systems - Risk Management Platforms - Lending and Credit Decisioning Platforms - Identity and Authentication Systems - Collections and Recovery Platforms - Financial Services Infrastructure Products Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - MBA from a reputed institute is preferred. - 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management post MBA. - Experience working on platform, fintech, payments, risk, fraud, or infrastructure products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies. - Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
